Lotte Hotel Busan
My time at the Lotte Hotel Busan was outstanding. They were able to provide great service all around. They were very accommodating and helpful when our air conditioning in our room was not working. Definitely will be back!

The staff was very pleasant and made checking in and checking out easy. The beds were very comfortable and the space accommodated my family of 3. We would definitely stay here again.

The accomodation was very spacious with a great ocean view. There were also many amenities within the accommodation. There were many staff within the lobby to guide us to the check-in counter and to our accommodation, and we had no difficulty with the check-in process.
