"There was no Bellperson to assist upon arrival. Staff needed to be reminded daily to leave more soap bars, which was a small detail but rather disappointing. The room lacked an inside bathroom door, although rails were available, so the bathroom was unfinished. The room was otherwise adequate."

"Everything was excellent not only the food but the customer service from the waitress to the receptionist is the highest you can receive. I left today and I am already making plans for next year. The waitress name Sandra needs to be promoted- she made all the customers feel welcome- the young man cooking eggs is a top chef"
