"We had 4 people staying in the room. Knowing that most hotels have 2 towels in the room, we asked for more - 6 to be exact, so each traveler could have 2 towels each. He would only give us 3. We got to the room and It was so so in cleanliness - toilet, microwave and curtains. After showering, we opened up the pull out couch. Lo and behold, there was no bedding. I called down to the front desk and was told we had to go back down. When I got there, I was handed one sheet. I told him I need pillows, another sheet and a blanket. He told me laundry went home. I asked him again for bedding - nothing. I then asked him why didn't he tell me I needed bedding when I checked in. I got a blank stare. Another employee spoke up and said maybe he didn't know how many people were in the room. Ummm, yes he did, he gave us extra towels for the 4 of us. This employee went down and got us pillows, another sheet and a blanket. I again asked the first employee why he didn't tell me I needed bedding and again I got nothing but a blank stare. The customer service from him was atrocious!! I am staying in a hotel and have to make my own bed??? Unacceptable!
Also, the fire door as propped open and light fixture wires are capped off and left hanging - Fire hazard??"
