"My daughter and I spent two weeks at this lovely hotel. The staff were helpful, the room spacious and very clean, the breakfast was good and there was quite a variety of hot and cold food, there was something there for everyone, there is also a gym and swimming pool on site. The hotel is situated directly opposite a bus station for convenience. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Boston."

"Beautiful and quiet oasis. Friendly staff and easy check in process. Restaurants were in walking distance and only 28-30 minute drive to the airport. We were able to ise public transit to arrive and found a local cabbie to take us for departure."

"The best things going for this property are the proximity to the airport and the free airport shuttle.
There was only one elevator working so wait times were long for that. The room was alright but definitely in need up updating, although the beds were comfortable and seemed relatively new.
We appreciated the friendly front desk associates and the shuttle driver was a safe and efficient operator, we were at the airport without delay.

"The hotel lobby and room were both very clean and modern. It looks like the property is either recently-renovated or recently-built. I didn’t really look at the pictures before booking, as my only goal was low-ish cost near the airport for an early flight the next morning. I expected budget quality because, frankly, it’s a lower-cost Holiday Inn in Chelsea near the airport, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The water pressure in the shower was low, but that’s par for the course these days."

"Upon checking in, and after providing credit card info for parking, we were notified that the pool is out of service. That was the prime reason we booked this hotel in the first place. No apologies, no alternatives offered, no call/email upon booking "just so you are aware", nothing besides "I hate my job" attitude. I read about the front desk staff attitude and thought maybe someone overreacted or approached them wrong, oh no no, they clearly do not care because they obviously have job security...
