"The room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of the countryside even though we were not facing the sea. The staff were nice and friendly. The only downside was that the parking facilities were quite limited and the space was always tight."

"The stairs to 2nd floor rooms are a bit confusing but other than that all was good Excellent breakfast served a very nice and capable young lady called Amy. Jack who booked us in was also very professional "

"Looks like it has recently been redecorated, simple and pleasant style. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast items available to help yourself if leaving before official breakfast time. I’ll be staying again "

"Lovely couple that host the B &B were so nice and took great care of us. The room was spacious and full of light with many windows and yet private. Breakfast was fantastic and filling. The countryside around the home was breathtaking and remote, yet close to pubs and larger cities. "

"AC didn’t work properly. I asked front desk to fix it. They said they turned the fan to full but that’s all they could do (didn’t make a difference). Offered me a desk fan as well. It was cold outside and sweltering in our room. Did I mention the windows don’t open?"

"Booked for an overnight stay in Ipswich for early morning appointment. The hotel was central close to local bus terminus and close to a wide range of restaurants and bars. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful the rooms clean, quiet, and with good facilities. A little small but fantastic value for money and ideal for an overnight stay"
