"They were under construction-----------We were not warned before. Expedia screwed up my reservation. I ordered a DOUBLE STUDIO room but Expedia changed it into a QUEEN STUDIO ROOM. I NEEDED 2(TWO) BEDS As I was traveling with my 54 year old daughter and we were forced to sleep in the SAME bed-----------------------------I am 83 years old--------------It was not good"

"Bedroom was okey one side of the bed tp close to the door glass, cover of the bed too old and smell, bathroom not clean in the way need . curtains bad not close in good way to avoid any sunny time early morning spa shower very hard to use .floor of the spa dirty sofas in the lounge need to clean ,blinds dirty also . very sad because was Accord Hoteles that was a booking ,not any more."

The shower was in the path tab and some of the equipment was on the cheap side like toaster etc. I couldn't recharge our Segway scooter and no option not even the basement to recharge was given to me. I've asked to be contacted by the responsible person to ask politely for other options but was not even contacted like promised the day before. Therefore I was only able to use it for one day. "The honesty of the owners ! "

"Booked last minute. No one onsite to check in. Owner eventually rang me and turned up with a key. Room was small but reasonably comfy and clean bed. Shared shower and toilets clean. No tea and coffee available. Outside BBQ with full ash-tray and needed cleaning and spruce up. One room was flooded. Owner was nice. Parking was on the property, but not enough spaces for the number of rooms. Definitely overpriced for what it was. Would I stay there again? Probably not! "

"The apartment that we stayed in had been freshly painted and the fumes were overwhelming. Woke up with headache. The other apartment had minor problems like the shower head was broken and the sink wouldn't drain."

"Great accommodation, clean and lovely staff"

"Stay here quite regularly, the staff know us when we have appointments at the nearby hospital. Staff are wonderful and caring. The bathroom we had did leak and needed extra towels to mop up the water leaking onto the carpet. The other downside is the wifi connection to the TV, we always seem to have trouble to connect no matter using Accor or hot spot."

"I had a late check in, so I followed the after hours process. This was well communicated and easy to follow. The room was nice, clean but needed a little updating. As it was dark when I arrived on the Saturday night, I only got to see the view in the morning, which I was looking forward to as the images on their website looked lovely. Well, I hope the entire resort was booked out as I could not see any reason to give us the room above the reception roof, all you could see were 3 different roof...

"Issues with checkin, could not checkin untill 6.30pm very annoying. Room was dirty with cockroaches, musty smell. no key was for lock up was provided. TV did not work. Nosies tapping on the wall and windows at night, our children were terrified. pet could not go outside overgrown grass and junk. Stains on the sheets overall very very disappointing. "

"Room was clean and comfortable and met all of our needs. But we took the cheapest room available which was a mistake. Our room's balcony overlooked Brisbane Rd. Very noisy and we didn't spend any time on the balcony. Pay the extra few dollars and get a room with a pool view or garden view. They will be much less noisy"

"Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, great location and the pool was nice. Our apartment was well equipped, however it needs a bit of a deep clean as it does have a bit of a smell. The roller blinds have some mould spots on them, the couch cushions were a bit smelly & there was a bit of cobweb on the wall and ceiling in one of the rooms. "

"Mantra is the scum of society. They take your money (card hold) they lie to you and tell you it will be released within 24 hours but really you'll be fighting with them a week later to get your card hold released. Absolutely absurd. I will never stay at any Mantra ever again. The brand damage from this experience of being lied to is unforgettable. Scared for life. I HATE the Mantra!!!!!"
