"The night staff on August 8th, 2026 earned this hotel a solid 1 star if any. An absolutely horrible front desk lady that shouldn't be in contact with any customer at any level. The room was internally facing in a well like building so with the windows open it was a furnace, no AC. Breakfast was OK, ..."

"Older property so some quirks as expected. Older style furniture. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot, varied and well stocked, the pool was lovely esp as I had it to myself. Managed to park in the underground carpark each day although the spaces are tight. Charged at £4/24hrs. ..."
