"We stay here several times a year for travel and have for a few years now. While the staff is always super friendly at check in and check out, the cleanliness this trip was lacking definitely. The floors need to be cleaned, and I’m unfortunately not just referencing the carpet. I don’t think our floors were cleaned before staying in the room. There were several spots on the floor we were able to clean up using wet wipes that looked to be food messes. Also, the sheets need to be replaced. They’re very stained and the sheets that had been on our bed were turned inside out and super wrinkly. We hope they were just put on incorrectly and not reused. We bring our own set of sheets when staying at hotels so we had those to use instead of asking for new. The room did smell like cigarettes and we are not smokers and there was a giant gash that went along the screen of the tv. So while the women staff were VERY kind and welcoming, the cleanliness of the room was not and definitely needs work."
"Rooms could have been better…the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it had water damage. the breakfast was hot and good. However the lady preparing breakfast was very rude. Breakfast ended at 10am but she was fussing and complaining about us coming down 20 minutes before breakfast ended. We didn’t have any requests, we simply helped ourselves to what was left over due to timing. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. She made the stay very welcoming. I would stay again but would skip breakfast if that same lady is still there."
"Overall was an okay stay. pool was warm, but floors are very slippery and no towels. Front desk wasn’t overly helpful-basically said book online it’s cheaper. Beds were decent."
"Hey - let’s be honest. For most folks this will be a stop on the road from one place to another. But the place is brand new, quiet, convenient, and the staff are so friendly. Definitely a great choice if you’re in the area."
"Room was clean but furniture broken, beds were wore and uncomfortable. Couldn’t use the pool because people (more than 6)were showing up that were not guest, extremely loud music and nothing was done about it. I have stayed here previously and had no issues whatsoever. This trip was horrible."
