"We stayed at Newport Motel for one night, and everything was excellent. Patrick was extremely helpful, providing great recommendations on places to eat and attractions to visit. His advice made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Newport Motel to others."

"The room had a noticeable odor upon entering. Not sure what is was-the building is old so could have been from that. The toilet bowl was not cleaned properly. The air conditioner was really loud, but it did keep out the traffic noise. Bed was comfortable."

"This place was great. Immaculate. Supplied with everything you might need— refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, etc. No staff onsite but they are completely accessible and even contacted me after I’d checked out to tell me I had left a few things behind. Recommend highly."

"Smoke alarm randomly started beeping at 5am until around 6:15 got not apparent reason. I walked into main office to find nobody there I decided to pick customer phone at counter but got no response... Later at checkout counter assistant claimed that I never responded to his phone answer.... I'm deeply not satisfied."
