"The laundry service was excellent. Even though I had a do not disturb sign on the door they still have fresh towels and water. I didn’t have to ask for anything. I really enjoyed the complementary breakfast. I will be staying here again when I go back to Japan and will recommend this hotel to my friends and family!"

"Half the floor our room was located on had a constant loud rumble caused by the rails below resonating with the building. This is NOT normal train noises and is constant from 5am to 1am. The staff was unsympathetic and unhelpful. Refusing to change our room or make any effort to resolve the issue. After one night of this noise we decided to cut our losses and booked a new hotel. No refund for remaining nights offered. The elevators were slow and clunky, the bathroom of the room smelt and at times the elevator lobby area also smelt, probably due to the microwave being located there in an enclosed space. Would not recommend this hotel or this company again to anyone."
