We arrive in town with time to kill, so we did arrived at the hotel right at 4, (after receiving 2 emails from the hotel stating they were excited about our arrival) only to be told, they did not have any of the rooms ready because of a staffing issue. "Room was no smoking, but smoke was very strong inside room & hall. Sheets were not clean. Had to remove them for sleeping. Wash cloth was already dirty. Bed were comfortable. Worst thing was smoke smell was very overpowering."
