"The staff was great. Very nice location right on the Charleston Harbor. The hotel is showing its age. Sloppy paint work on walls with overlap on to the tile. Dirty/dusty HVAC vents. The bathroom sink was practically clogged and drained very slowly. The room AC turns on and off frequently and is very loud."

"We had an issue with the air conditioning in the room, it was way too noise, the fan would not stop...we had to be moved to another room the next day as it was almost impossible to sleep with the noise. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent."

"Beautiful boutique hotel, such a great vibe! Excellent location with walking distance to all the shops and restaurants & waterfront. Staff is super nice and helpful! Especially loved the bar atmosphere and the amazing bartenders, phenomenal drinks! Rooms were clean and updated, nice retro look. We would absolutely stay again! "
