Staff on duty worked hard to maintain facilities but need more staff. Small details overlooked. people on duty didn’t have time or don’t pay attention small details like corners of elevator debris and worn out hallways carpet. Room itself was clean and well maintained. This was a wonderful hotel. The rooms are beautiful the staff was great the parking garage was pretty dirty but other than that I had a wonderful stay at the Westin!
