"In entire townhouse, they heated seriously without considering ventilation. It is even hard to breath if you stay long in the lobby and in the room area. Once you sleep one night, you will realise the consequence of this bad air condition. You can easily feel headaches. I had to seal door gaps with some tapes to survive in the room. Check out is 10AM. "Everything was good about the property. But, the only complaint I have is that the TV Xfinity did not work and you could not watch it. They had a smart TV and Hulu and Netflix was not working either. So, wanting to watch TV at night was out."

"Not a pleasant experience. We booked this place and was notified less than 48 hours prior that they accidentally overbooked due to computer error and cancelled our reservation. Management was less than friendly nor did they try to find us another accommodation. A simply "sorry" is poor customer service which left us in a bind at the last minute. Will not book here again. "
