Our room was comfortable. Had a couch, desk, fridge and microwave. Plenty of places to sit and spread out. Bed was nice and we had a walk in Handycap shower, which was big. Nice room for the price. The room was very noisy - lots of hallway noise and could hear the kids and the arguments in the next room. Some weather-stripping or better sound muffling between rooms would be great.
