"The hotel looks really nice and the staff was kind and courteous. But the fanciness the property shows off ends in the lobby. They call their standard rooms "Deluxe" as a marketing ploy, when in reality, they're incredibly small for the price you pay. It was maybe half the size of the Hilton hotel I stayed in the night before. The mini fridge is smaller than any other I've ever encountered in a hotel. It lacked a microwave and even a fan in the bathroom. The shower head was ancient but the water pressure and temperature were both good. Valet parking is $40 a night, but just two or three blocks away you can get 24 hour parking in a patrolled lot for $15 plus tax"

"Front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Room was clean, beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again!"

"The breakfast needs an upgrade, pool area needs work. One hot tub down along with some wall damage. Rooms need to be cleaned better (at least our room did) and the toilet in room 315 needs some serious help (clogged every other flush even if you were simply just flushing the toilet) Hotel I’m guessing knew about the issue as when we went to go to front desk and opened our door someone had put a plunger outside the door for us already. We paid $148 for a night and it was not worth the price. I’ve stayed here before a few times and it was good. This trip not so much. I did let staff know about the toilet when leaving just in case and in hopes they fix it for the next guests or don’t allow anyone to book it until it’s fixed. Wasn’t sanitary and actually pretty gross to have to do it multiple times for a family in there."

"The bathroom was gross! Still had toilet paper in the bowlwhen we got in the room. Thete was mold in the bathtub, the caulking was horrible, and the bathroom door was flaking paint. The rest of the room was great."

"No pool towels or extra bath towels available. Bathtub trickled loudly all night. Absolute biggest concern was that the smoke detector was not present. It had been removed from the wall and only wires were present - HUGE safety concern. "

"Breakfast options were good. The room was pretty clean. Pool did not appear clean at all. Staff was pleasant but nowhere to be found for checkout, had to wait quite a while. Walls/floors are THIN, we apparently had a large group of elephants above us. Get a room on the top floor and have absolutely no questions/be okay with contactless checkout and you’re golden."
