"Quand je suis arrivé à la réception il n’y avait personnes, seulement un numéro de téléphone pour assistance, j’appel et il me dise que l’hôtel est fermer depuis six mois alors que j’avais fais ma réservation deux mois au paravant avec Hotel.com. Vraiment non professionnel de la pars de Hotel.com je n’aurai pas du être capable de faire une réservation d’un établissement qui était fermé. J’attend mon remboursement et une compensation pour cette mauvaise expérience."

"Great hotel! Our room was spacious and we loved having a full size fridge and mini-kitchen. Insanely loved the bath products (sorry, I love that kind of thing!). We had a great dinner at the restaurant which has a wonderful vibe and friendly staff.
