"We found the room great. A little dark in the bathroom. Lights could be brighter. The hot tubs need a good scrubbing. There was a scum around the liner of the hot tubs a bit disgusting. Also the tipping at the restaurant started at 18%, yes I am aware you can change it lower, however it should not start at 18% as this is very intimidating to your customers."
