"I had a very disappointing stay. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, and there was a leak in the bathroom that made things even worse. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but no one ever answered. I eventually found a maintenance staff member, who came to check the issue and said they would arrange for a room change—but that never happened. The breakfast was also extremely poor. The selection was very limited, and items constantly ran out. I had to repeatedly ask staff to restock basics like toast and milk, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Overall, the service and conditions were unacceptable, and I would not recommend staying here."

"The resort overalll is such a fun concept. I could not wait to go here. We had bad weather so we missed out on a lot of activities and unfortunately they did not extend or offer these activities at a later time. The staff was pretty young and carefree. The level of service was not fantastic. "

"Room and pool area ok. No clothes hangers, hair dryer or coffee maker in room. Facilities under renovation and workers are loud no fault of their own however made relaxing at the pool or in the room difficult. No continental breakfast available on site as far as I know as well as internet access. "
