"It was okay for my visit"

"Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was not friendly. I was given a garden view room but had NO IDEA that meant outside corridors. Please make that clear! I would never choose a room with outside access. They would not change my room either. Room has some issues: a hair on the inside of the shower curtain! Cleaning staff needs to clean the whole room! Generally dingy. "

"I got this one for my uncle and buoy!!!! It said non smoking room but the room was smelling of cigarettes and we were asked to go away for almost an hour for them to air out the room (it didn't change much) Then the single seater couch 😭😭. First of all it isn't necessary and it was disgustingly dirty especially on the armrests and headrests. Honestly for nearly $100 this was the worst..... If we could we would have got a refund and gone to share our room with him since there was a scarcity of rooms due to the graduation at Fort Jackson. "

"Reception staff was very polite and friendly. However in the room, the tables and lamps were dusty, bathroom was dusty and unkept (I saw 3 spiders). There were no trash cans in the room or bathroom. We did a bit of cleaning and improvising on first day. "

"The customer service was amazing, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The room itself was okay, but there were a few cleanliness concerns, including crumbs on the floor and the tub not being completely clean. I also had an issue with the iron burning a hole in my shirt, even though it was set on the linen setting at the lowest temperature. Other than those concerns, the overall stay was okay."
