The managers Chris and Christine were extremely helpful. There was a mix up with the booking but they sorted it out and cleaned the room for us themselves.

The good, the bad and the ugly.....

Great location, nice accommodation and well equipped. Parking was brilliant as it was undercover. Just a shame it wasn't clean, let down by thick black hairs on the sofa and floors. We spent the first hour cleaning !!

We enjoyed being close to everything and the kids loved the pool. The overall cleanliness of the place was ok but obvious that things were missed. The dishwasher and washing machine smelt awful. Our swimmers still smell like it after washing them at home. The toilet was coming off the floor and the curtain backing is dusting off onto the floor making the floor slippery. The location is great and the staff were very accommodating but the unit we stayed in definitely needs some upgrades.

Green place to stay

Our stay was great, we enjoyed the pool and the spa which was a bit hot they need to update their photos because the pool area has been done up .our unit was lovely and clean .. we will be going back again for sure .

Units looked nicer in real life than in the photos. Very private in room 20 and 21. Views were beautiful. Could do with more toilet rolls and hand towels in the units. The cleanliness wasnt bad just wasnt great either. Overall we loved our stay and had a great time, wish we could have stayed longer. It was nice and central but not too busy in Noosa too.

Great family stay

The resort managers were absolutely lovely, great to communicate with, very responsive and full of personality. It felt more like a family resort than a hotel. Children loved the pool and tennis court! We stayed in two different apartments (3bedroom and 2 bedroom) - both were well equiped, spacious, clean and modern. great location n Noosaville with easy walking distance to the river and its many restaurants.

Unexpected little gem! So close to everything! Gympie terrace was right on the door step & catered for every need! Free buses (from virtually outside the entrance) in main beach every 15mins made this an ideal location. Felt very safe & secure! The owners were just lovely! Highly recommend!

Excellent apartment in central location

My husband and I stayed in a ground floor apartment for 3 nights and it was great. Friendly managers, clean spacious apartment with everything you need. Close to walking distance to everywhere. Will definitely be back.

Small inexpensive resort with nice looking tennis court, pleasant uncrowded swimming pool area, close to the river and best Noosaville restuarants. Some people in other review complained about road noise. This was okay (minimal) as long as windows/doors were closed.
