Then, when I checked out, I received no receipt and was told that my deposit would go back on my card, and it has not, and it's been a week. I am trying to figure out how to fix this error. It was overall clean, but dated from what we saw."

"The door to our room had clearly been broken into. The chair looked like someone took a cheese grater to the fake leather. The staff was courteous and kind and the overall facility was clean. Beds were very soft, if you like that type of bed, this is the spot for you. The pillows were horrible. I would suggest bringing your own."

"Very nice budget hotel with exceptionally comfortable beds and spacious rooms. My only complaint is that the walls were very thin. Breakfast was very good compared to similar hotels. They even had a waffle maker that made 1-4 mini waffles instead of one huge waffle. "Room appears decently clean, towels are fresh and soft enough, small bar soap is provided in room, NO shampoo/conditioner. No mini fridge. The bad, I did see and smash 4 small roaches, smaller than a pinky nail, probably at the end of the last spray Location is not bad to get around Salem"
