The hotel is in a great location on Canal Park, in Duluth, MN. The rooms are clean, good size with comfortable beds. Breakfast was tasty with many choices. Overall, I'd highly recooment.

Force on 5th Avenue Hotel
Great Central comfortable space with nice kitchen and view with very helpful staff. Easy Parking across street at $7 a pop or $10 per day one block north, which is what we used and was fine.
