Casa Passiflora Hotel Boutique - Jardin

"Nos hospedamos dos noches en Hotel Passiflora, ocupando tres habitaciones diferentes, y la experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. Desde el momento de nuestra llegada hasta el check-out, la atención y el servicio fueron impecables. Al llegar nos recibieron con un delicioso jugo de bienvenida, un detalle que inmediatamente nos hizo sentir muy bien atendidos. Las habitaciones estaban impecables, cómodas y perfectamente aseadas. Todo el hotel es realmente hermoso, muy bien cuidado y se nota la atención que ponen en cada detalle. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, a solo 2 cuadras del parque central. El desayuno fue exquisito, fresco, delicioso y muy bien presentado. Pero lo que más nos encantó fue la calidez del personal y esos pequeños detalles que hacen que una estadía sea especial. Al momento del check-out nos sorprendieron con una bolsa de café como regalo de despedida, un gesto precioso y totalmente inesperado. Definitivamente, Passiflora superó nuestras expectativas. Excelente servicio, limpieza, instalaciones hermosas, comida deliciosa y una atención excepcional. Lo recomendamos 100% y sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos allí cuando regresemos a Jardín. ❤️"

"Nice hotel with good amenities. The pool area is very nice. I would recommend the heated pool. The breakfast was average at best. We also had lunch there (which was extra) but the food was much better. We were at this hotel when the earthquake hit Colombia. The site obtained only minimal damage. We did not get much guidance and/or updates at first. But they did make up for it later - providing us with more info and contingency plans if there were aftershocks. The location is a little bit away from town so traveling back at night on dimly lit roads warrant some additional attention to the roads."

"J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L'endroit est très propre, confortable et bien entretenu. Le personnel est toujours à l'écoute, serviable et prêt à aider. Une mention toute spéciale à Luis, dont la gentillesse et la disponibilité ont grandement contribué à rendre mon séjour encore plus agréable. Un petit conseil toutefois pour les amateurs de grasses matinées : l'hôtel est situé au cœur de la ville, qui s'éveille tôt et vit au rythme de sa population. Si vous avez le sommeil léger ou aimez dormir tard, pensez à apporter des bouchons d'oreilles. Je recommande sans hésiter cet hôtel et j'y séjournerais de nouveau avec grand plaisir."

"Our stay at WR Boutique Hotel was truly wonderful from beginning to end. The food was absolutely amazing, and every meal was something we looked forward to. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and made for a perfect place to relax after a long day. What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Their thoughtfulness and care made us feel truly valued as guests. "Everything functioned very well. The host communicates very well. They will set up a ride from the pueblo to the cabin and will cook meals upon request. The cabin is peaceful and has a beautiful view of jardin from the surrounding mountains."
