"The view was fantastic! The hotel is a bit run down and outdated. We had reserved a "themed room" and received a call that the lock broke on the door of the theme room and they would have to put us in a "Standard" room, at the same price, did not offer any discount or anything for not getting the theme room that we had reserved. Breakfast is the same everyday, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, yogurt and stale bagels. There was some sort of altercation outside of our hotel room at about 1:00 AM...

"Cute little motel with an onsite restaurant. Check-in was a breeze and staff was friendly when I had questions. They offered pet-specific towels in the room!"

"I love this Inn. But to have an oceanview costs more. I stayed in a back room location. No microwave or fireplace. Disappointing. Plus the carpet had a lot of stains"

"First room was pretty rough, but was easily put into a better room, so that was nice. Second room was nice and clean. Person checking me in was super nice and cool about everything with changing my room for me. Overall, good experience. Will definitely keep this place in mind in the future. "

"The South Jetty Inn was lovely, it was so quiet and the staff was really nice. Our room was fun and had just the right touch for a beach get away. They even had a coffee truck in their property, so nice! The Inn was close to beach, shops and downtown Astoria. We will be going back for sure especially since we can take out dog with us. "

"Really excellent value for money. Full of unique character and although our room had no bathroom the communal bathrooms were super clean and plentiful. Parking was on the street but not hard to find and the hotel is located in the heart of this quaint town."

"This property had large mold growing along the wall. By the curtains and mold growing above the bathroom sink. Thank you so much. Spoke to the manager manager stated that it's a very old building and all the rooms have mold in it. The receptionist was very rude. You can tell she had a problem that my husband was a black man. She was listening to politics when we walked in. Didn't bother to shut it off.After a comment was made had an attitude.When you asked for help. "

"Nice view but some simple amenities have been overlooked. Adding lamps that have charging outlets next to the bed would have been a hugely convenient amenity. I, like many people, use my phone’s alarm clock but having to search the room and move the bed from the wall to plug my phone in was a pain. Overall nice stay but it always the little things when you’re already not in the comforts of your own home."

"great location, staff are super friendly, there are activities for kids, pool and sauna, there are exclusive times for adult pool use, beer tasting, free cookies, ice cream socials, bon fire…. we had an excellent time. There restaurant has a great view of Haystack Rock !!!"

"Modern, well kept clean rooms. One employee was laser focused on ensuring the breakfast buffet was clean and well stocked. Also, nice touch to have earplugs at the front desk as there are sea lions near by. (They were not a noise issue for us)"

"Sweet staff seemed to be a pet loving community here. However very strict rule about leaving pets in rooms unattended even crate trained non trouble making pooches. When we went to eat complimentary breakfast on the property in the morning we moved him from crate in room to our car with windows rolled down. They handed lovely cookies out to us whenever we saw them and we loved all the bunnies on the property. Very clean comfy rooms minor issues we made them aware of as we checked out. Well...
