They looked frustrated and overwhelmed by the situation and didn’t seem to have a way to resolve the issue. "When you come close to the property then you realize that you have made a mistake. Its smelly and a bit scary. Entrance was not welcoming. The hallways were dim and scary. The room is OK, but the bed was metal and didn't feel very nice. Linen was just OK. Fridge had a fridge smell. Bathroom was OK. Floor had no carpet but was OK. Do not rent from the webpage picture."

"Checked in and checked right back out. The staff was helpful, but the hotel and room were not good. Trash from the front desk to our room and the room itself had stains on the floor and ceiling. Our bags never even left the car."

"This hotel is exceptional. Easily a 5-Star accomodations! There was absolutely nothing not to like about our stay here. My only regret is not reserving a room that was handicap accessible. I was told later that handicap rooms have a commode that is "chair height" with grab bars. I will remember that for next time. I highly recommend this hotel!"

Sheets had cigarette holes and one bed had hair from last tenants and room smelled like liquor and cigarettes. Wall in kitchen nook was dirty and wall by the air unit and door were dirty. There was tape in the back corner near the window to cover hole. Air unit had dirt and glitter all over it and had size stickers of clothing...
