"Our stay was comfortable. The room was cleaner than some. However, we did find some crumbs in the pull out couch, easy to overlook. The shower did not drain well. Overall hotel was fine."
"The best part of the hotel experience was the Manager -Sandra! What a dear and very friendly. But the hotel was in the process of being updated and lots of construction disruption. But the room dirty and had to wash the bathroom floor since socks & feet got dirty immediately. No room service at all during our stay. We understand that there is a new owner but it wasn't apparent that Sandra got any support in hiring anyone that could help clean or maintain the rooms or common areas. That is a terrible customer experience in our opinion. Sandra said it's hard to hire when no one wants to work. They need to solve that problem to stay in business."
