"I booked a 5-night stay but left after 3 due to billing issues and how I was treated. When I arrived, the front desk associate, Catherine, told me she would check me in day by day instead of for the full stay because “it’s easier.” However, my card was charged in full the first night—and then charged again daily, causing multiple unauthorized charges.
I was even locked out of my room for an “unpaid balance” despite already paying. When I tried to resolve it, management KELLY PATEL(General Manager) escalated the situation, being confrontational. The Office Manager (ALYCIA MADSEN) arrived and did not take the time to speak with me or understand my concerns before making decisions, then threatened to call the police, and told me to leave without hearing my side. As a woman of color, I felt disrespected, unsafe, and unfairly treated. I had to leave and book another hotel. Do not recommend.
On top of that, the room itself was not clean, the smoke detector was missing with wires hanging from the ceiling, there were minimal outlets to plug in devices, and the WiFi was unreliable.

"Great place for pets, there’s a city park adjacent to the hotel with great walking paths and a pet park. Hotel was very clean and quiet, bar onsite but we didn’t visit it. Very satisfied, way cheaper than hotels 10 miles away in Great Bend."
"Room was clean. Bathtub floor was extremely slick. Almost fell several times showering. Upstairs guest could be heard walking around. Everything seemed to be in nice order."
"The staff was very friendly. The room and common area was clean. It was a convenient on and off the highway. There was ample parking and options for eating nearby. There was a small finess room which was a bonus."
"The property was clean and well maintained. The girl at the desk was amazing. My dogs were allowed and welcomed. Great place to stay. It was right off the hiway, so very convenient. "
"Every thing was great , front end staff very nice. Only problem was the cleaning staff the morning we departed out of room 213. She was at the door and we was telling her the person that had the room prior to our stay left a women’s top. She wouldn’t listen only said, in English. I don’t speak English. Really??? Service staff should be required to know English . What if I was having a heart attack??? Could she help me then? She just walked away . "
