"Very cute apartment over 3 floors with a small but fully stocked kitchen. Good air con on top 2 floors. Short steep walk (7 mins) to the top of motovun. You check in at a restaurant up the hill and one of the staff then takes you to the apartment. Free parking nearby. Only real negatives were the shower cubicle which was way too small and quite a few mozzies in the evening when drinking wine on the terrace…"

I booked a Partial Sea View room, but I was not given the room I had reserved. Instead of solving the issue, she insisted that the mistake was mine and claimed that a partial sea view was never included, even though it was clearly stated in my reservation. "The owner is very nice and very helpful. We enjoyed the stay and the breakfast. Four minutes by car to the city center, free private parking is a plus for people with cars."

"Had a lovely stay at Katerina Island Hotel. Very peaceful and relaxing, but with the buzz of Rovinj just a 5 minute boat ride away. The hotel staff were pleasant, and helpful. The room was large and clean, although the shower was tiny and in need of some tlc Would definitely recommend this hotel, and Rovinj is a beautiful place. Wish we were back there now!!"
