"Breakfast was served from 6:00 to 9:00 AM. Too early for many of us Seniors...I recommend extending it to 10:30 AM. Parking is not safe and should be closed during the night, it should have an electric gate, and guests could open it with room key card."

"Unfortunately, the pictures do not accurately represent the property. Our room was not clean - we did contact the front desk and they willingly allowed us to move to a new (cleaner) room. The new room was cleaner, however then we had issues with the keys - our keys didn't work, the staff member's master keys didn't work, and one more set that was tried didn't work. It all worked out and we had an ok stay, but unfortuantely, if I am being honest, I can't recommend a stay here. "

"Breakfast was lacking and dirty area, beds need updating, bed covers seemed to be needing to be replaced. The back entry door does not lock, anyone can come in. Pool area however was great. Nice location and quiet though. "

"Terrific hotel. Will stay here on future trips to Milwaukee. Beautiful building with nice clean rooms. The standard room had a little kitchenette with a stove, and was very comfortable. I ended up needing to park on the street because the lot was full, but I had no problem finding a spot on the block. Staff was very kind and helpful."

"Friendly staff and great location! Short walk to the train station (about 7 min.) and to UW Milwaukee Panther Arena. Starbucks located right in the hotel, as well as a few restaurants/bars for drinks and food. Overall, my room was nice minus finding a used washcloth in the shower (I took a photo of it) and tried calling down to the front desk but no one answered. I understand that it was later at night (around 12:30/1 am) but that is when I noticed it. The elevators were fast too- another...

"For a older building on the outside but looking well maintained to the inside being very well maintained. I have stay at more higher star rating hotels over my years and this one was in better condition. Great place for a overnight stay for as for me a wedding it was perfect. No Pool or Hot Tub but the breakfast was as good as any I have had before. Staff was efficient and polite. Cleanliness was perfect keep up the great job! "

"The breakfast is breakfast. It's eggs and Sausage and danishes with juice and milk that the same meals in all hotels. I didn't eat it but it looked and smelled good. I ate cereal and milk. My room was spotless when I got it. Nothing bad to grade on. "
