"Meine persönliche Erfahrung: an sich ein schönes Hotel in erster Reihe zum Strand. Allerdings wird wohl wenig Instandhaltung gemacht. In unserem Appartement z. B. Kaputter Toilettensitz, Fenstergriff, Duschkabine schummlig und kaum Geschirr in der Küche Es waren gerade mal 2 Weingläser da die bei Ankunft benutzt im Schrank standen!! Auf Hinweis, dass wir keine Gläser haben, bekamen wir dann 2! Gläser für 5 Personen. Täglich wurde der Müll in der Küche und im ersten Bad (aber nicht lm zweiten)...

"We unfortunately had a very challenging time during our stay. Several things were either broken or not working. For example in the bathroom, the shower door did not close, the toilet seat was broken and the top drawer was also broken. In the room, our fridge did not work and the air conditioning would randomly stop working. When we got there, the WIFI was not functioning but they gave us a separate router to use. On our last day, the water in the bathroom was not working either. "

"We were asked to pay extra tax which is included in the price quoted. This was unpected. Breakfast was included but we had to drive to their other location which was not mentioned when we booked "

"Loved hotel Eleven and the incredible staff and service. Food was fantastic - and the included breakfast had home made treats and a great, changing selection each day. The little pool under the olive trees with sun loungers was delightful. Hotel was just outside the busy beach area but a very short walk to the action.
