I booked two superior queen rooms because they were supposedly soundproofed - they weren’t. No staff anywhere - to check in ring a number. Did not see one member of staff at anytime. Charge for early check in was extortion. Not impressed at all. Room had odd smell. Thin walls, heard other guests outside. Will not stay again.
