"The room was lovely, the breakfast was delicous, and it was quite cheap as well as not being that far from chesterfield town centre. The staffs service was amazing as they were very interested in what our plans were. Will definetely come again and will be recommending to people."

"Staff initially very polite, asked me if I would change address which I was happy to do, I later wished I hadn’t. Place felt unclean, puddle in the kitchen that would not go away despite opining it. It had actually stained the floor. Sofas not fit for purpose more like something you would see in a waiting room where you don’t need to get comfy. Bedding felt grubby. Walls were dirty, carpet was filthy, toilet flush broken, bathroom sink was inaccessible with the door closed, the shower/bath was dangerous getting in and out due to the toilet being in the way."

"A very friendly and accommodating hotel. We loved staying at this place for 3 nights. The only downside was that on the last morning they did take away the breakfast menu selection without a reason. Then on our way out of the restaurant we noticed that some had been given a choice from the menu. Overall a great hotel though."

"This hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Chesterfield near shops, the Market, restaurants and pubs. All members of staff are friendly, helpful and very pleasant. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We very much enjoyed the varied breakfast buffet with excellent coffee ‘on tap’ and dined in the simple but delicious in house restaurant nearly every night. They have a decent Happy Hour in their small bar too. We shall be returning to this hotel on our next visit to Chesterfield "
