I was locked out of my room at 10 at night because my access card was prematurely deactivated. It took roughly 20 to 30 minutes for someone to correct the issue. They do not allow the tenants to back their cars in. I received a ticket warning for backing my car in. Never heard of a rule like that before. The air conditioner worked however it was hanging off of the wall and made a hideously loud noise went on

Clean, comfy beds

Room smelled like previous guest had smoked in it. There are signs on the property about 150 feet from the building. The fan in the shower made thw bathroom smell of old cigarette smoke. Property was clean. Internet was really slow.

You best bet if its a reallly low price because you get very little. This is purported as an "extended stay" accommodation. You need to bring EVERYTHING from a drinking glass to a coffee maker, silverware, tissues, dish soap, shower soaps and conditioners, pots, pans, etc. They litteraly give you nothing. So, unless you plan to stay for a few weeks, go elsewhere. Lots of people smoking weed all day long if you're into that scene...

The room was very old musty & mildew smelling. Tub/Toilet dirt stains. Shower rod coming out of the wall on right side. Bathroom exhaust fan so loud with knocking noise. It was so clogged up and falling from ceiling that the plaster fell all over the place. Had to let front desk know everything going on. They said they would let maintenance know. No one ever showed up. That place needs to be cleaned, sanitized & updated.

When I got to the property, they deducted $50.00 from me accounted then asked for a $500.00 deposit. The proceeded to tell me that I needed to stay for a minimum of 7 days when I booked for 2 and 1/2 on Expedia. The front desk staff 2 girls were seemingly suspicious. They told me to check the room out first. Where they had three men loitering in the back. The room is run down and rugged. The other front desk staff said why are we letting people we dont know walk around the area. She then said to the other staff I dont know looked at me weird when I returned and then wanted to collect my $500.00. I had to go to motel 6 around the corner. She never reimbursed my charge.

My stay here was awful, The general manager Laurie Beecher was extremely rude had an attitude and unprofessional the entire duration of my stay! She told lies about every issue we had when I know hotel policy because I myself come from The Hospitality industry, I’ve been housekeeping supervisor 3 times in my 10 year run! Her deception was unbearable! The first room I was checked into had mole everywhere, the walls were dirty, floor was dirty, and the room was full of roach residue! The second room I was checked into was clean but we kept seeing roaches! So i immediately checked out CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS and pay attention to the rates you’re being charged because she will change them. I have 3 different receipts with 3 different prices mind you I booked through Hotels.com and everybody knows their prices are firm! I wish I had known about the Duluth location sooner!

Employee banged on my door. Insisted he check my room because i was in shower and refused house keeping. He told me someone there before me had crystal meth in the room. He then told me he checked and discovered that person had already checked out. I was beyond afraid at this point. I went to office and it was closed. The guy saw me and apoplogized. By this time im freaked out not knowing what would happen next. I had paid for 7 nights already thru orbitz. I will never recommened this property.

Your better of sleeping in your car or in a park.

I didnt even get to stay there. After viewing the room I ran away from that property. It stunk of bums, smoke and alcohol. There was stains in the carpet, broken appliances, floor peeling up, chiped wood on the headboards and the smell of marijuana everywhere outside. Not a save of sanitary place to stay for any amount of time.

Ok Hotel Close to Race Track

Hotel was well priced and a great location however check in time was late at 3pm and the office closes at 11pm so you have to call a night guard to open up to check in. The rooms have a nice television and full kitchen but there were bugs and spots on the wall. Overall average but good for what I needed at the time.
