호텔 위치가 산탕지에 수로의 중간에 있어서 좋았다. 방의 상태는 어떤 방이냐에따라 차이가 났다.방바닥이 카페트로 된 곳은 청소가 안되어 먼지와 얼룩이 많고 너무 더러웠다. 그러나 마루바닥으로 된 방은 대체로 깔끔했고 화장실 상태도 괜찮았다. 조식 제공으로 알고 예약했는데 식당이 없었다. 저렴한 가격으로 선택하여서 불만은 없으나 다시 선택하고 싶지는 않다.

蘇州の歴史的地区ど真ん中、運河沿いにあるプチホテル

蘇州駅からタクシーでロイヤルガーデンインと英語で言ってもほとんどのドライバーは分からないようです。しかも、道路沿いにはなく車の入らない運河沿いにホテルがあるためタクシーの下車場所を指図出来ず、ドライバーから適当な所で降ろされてしまいました。中国のホテルはほとんど中国名が付いているのでエクスペディアでも中国読みの名前と住所を漢字で掲載してもらえると助かります。ロケーションは抜群のホテルでした。

Right in the middle of the action

The hotel is right on the bank of one of the canals where all the tourist action is. Everyday, tens of thousands of tourists pass right under our room - that might give you an indication of the beauty of the view. The night view is fantastic too, but the lights go off promptly at 9pm, so all the tourists disappear and it becomes quiet. The hotel is also in a very central location where there are direct buses to all the other places (eg #1 Silk Factory, Administrator's Garden, etc), but you need to know Chinese to read the routes posted at the bust stop. It is also about 150m from the Shan Tang subway station (exit #3), which itself is one stop from the Suzhou Railway station. The rooms are old, but is well maintained and everything works, except for the bathroom tap (see below). Con: the hotel staff are next to useless. They look like country mouse villagers working temporarily. She was eating her noodles right in front of us while checking us out. Knows nothing about everything. Con: the facuet in the bathroom is too near the edge of the wash basin, making use very very difficult.

ホテル周辺の散策では、市民の日常生活を垣間見て楽しめました。 ホテル表示の案内・看板がないので、到着するまでタクシーの運転者もわからなかったようです。立派で風格と歴史ある建物に感心致しました。

唯一的優點就是位置佳

這次為了住鄰近景區的飯店選擇這家，位置真的很棒位於景區內，出大門即可逛街，但是服務員態度冷淡，房間陳舊潮濕，壁紙脫落，有難聞的霉味(我們住一樓)，蓮蓬頭洗到一半還掉下來，如果可以選擇其它酒店就不要住這家，幸好只住一晚!真的不推薦!

　やや分かりにくいのが何だが、山塘街という川沿いの観光スポットの中にあるので、タクシーにこの漢字を見せれば行ける。サービスは普通だが雰囲気が非常によく部屋もいい。

Disaster

I couldn't use hot water while taking shower so i got cold and they didn't even say we're very sorry... the room was very dirty and smell was aweful... had to use my perfume. I booked for 2 days and i just wanted to check out since i couldn't use ANY hot water, and they didn't even let me get a refund of it. The location is nice. But except for that, everything was disaster

夜遅くまで楽しめる中国の雰囲気抜群の観光地内のホテル！

河沿いにホテルがありますが、全ての部屋が川沿いに面しているわけではないので、窓からの景色は期待しないほうがいいかもです。各近隣の有名観光地へのアクセスは抜群！夜はホテル近くの酒屋で楽しんだり、提灯の光を楽しむのをお勧めします。 ホテル室内は清潔ではありますが、床のカーペットが染みだらけで汚い。 張り替えるなど、ちょっと対策をしていただきたいです。 ほかの方の「ホテルの場所が見つけにくい」というレビューをみましたが、住所を漢字で書いて、地元の人に聞けばすぐ見つかりました！

靠近山塘河边的一间酒店, 位置处于旅游区内, 游览景区极为方便

我住二楼1号房, 入内第一个印像是强烈的霉臭味, 地毡污渍斑斑, 墙纸脱落, 淋浴去水慢, 浸出厕所; 水壶旁没有电插苏,床头柜远离床头; 睡床"折折"发声. 另一房间在一楼, 面盆水流如线, 服务员说没有办法, 老房子就是这样的啊!

위치가 좋았습니다.

위치가 참 좋았습니다. 산탕지에에 있기 때문에 산탕지에의 야경을 보고싶을때 볼수 있어서 좋았습니다. 배란다가 있었는데 밖의 수로 쪽의 방은 여기서 예약한 값의 2배를 줘야 되더군요. 청결은 보통 정도 였던 것 같습니다.청결이 보통이지만 위치가 좋아서 좋았습니다! 만약에 또 가게 된다면 다시 묵고 싶은 숙소 입니다.

很古色古香的體驗

選了景觀房, 比較貴一點, 房間整潔度一般, 但露台可看到山塘街古色古香的景色, 亦可聽到隔離昆曲館的曲子, 很好!

nice place to stay

산탕지에 강변에 있어서 전망이 매우 훌륭했다. 좀 낡고 침대시트가 조금은 더럽고 세수하는데에 개미몇마리가 돌아다니기는 했으나 이 가격에 좋은 전망이고 화장실도 깨끗하고 뜨거운 물도 잘 나오는 편 reasonable price having a nice view if i go suzhou again, i would like to stay here again

最高のロケーション。蘇州へ来たらここへ泊まらなくちゃ損。

山塘街のメインスポット（遊覧船の発着場・よくポスターになっている所）にある小さな宿。つまり運河と古い街並みのど真ん中にあります。 部屋はコンパクトながら、お洒落に工夫してます。だれか汚いと書いてましたが、そんなことありません清潔です。 木の格子窓を開くと（これがいいんだな～）目の前はもちろん世界遺産が広がっています。 ただし、裏部屋もあるみたいで、そちらの眺めは存じません。そちらの部屋だったたらアンラッキーと思って下さい。 倉敷美観地区または、祇園白川沿いにある宿と思って下さい。泊まりたくなったでしょ～

Great location

I booked a room with a view which was great since it looked out over one of the most famous canals of Suzhou, so you have the feeling you're right in the middle. Although the building is old, the room was clean and spacious. Staff was OK, spoke English very well.

Emplacement difficile à trouver mais bien situé

Votre chauffeur de taxi n'arrive pas à trouver la rue de l'hôtel? Normal, ce n'est pas une rue en face mais bien un canal. Il faut s'y rendre à pieds, c'est derrière l'auberge de jeunesse qu'il faut contourner. Lieu très charmant d'ailleurs et fort touristique. Dans l'hôtel, service moyennement sympathique (on a essayé de me faire payer deux fois pour la réservation), la chambre était en mauvais état, moisissures sur les murs, plafonds bas. Pour le prix on comprend que c'est pas parfait mais quand même, un petit coup de peinture (et d'amour) y serait le bienvenu.

Hôtel très moyen mais emplacement idéal !

Le seul intérêt de l'hôtel est son emplacement : au bord d'un canal typique et animé du vieux Suzhou. On se croirait à Venise... La ville est immense, alors la proximité du métro et de taxis est un plus. L'hôtel a besoin d'une grosse rénovation ! Dégât des eaux dans les parties communes et les chambres, papier peint crasseux et déchiré, odeur terrible d'égout et d'humidité dans la chambre (personnes allergiques ou sensibles s'abstenir), aucune insonorisation. Le personnel d'entretien fait le minimum : changement des serviettes et vidage de la poubelle. C'est tout : pas de ménage (nous avons dû nous même passer un coup de balai lors de notre séjour !), pas de lit fait, pas de produit de toilette remplacé, pas de nettoyage de la salle de bain. Le personnel de réception est certes sympathique mais très jeune et peu expérimenté, parlant très peu anglais. Enfin, le wifi est parfois très lent. A noter que l'hôtel ne propose pas de petit-déjeuner (une bouilloire et du thé vert sont cependant disponibles dans la chambre), mais il est entouré de petits cafés et restaurants au bord du canal très agréables.

Needs maintainence

Our room needed some redecoration with wallpaper coming away from the wall in places and tiles missing in the bathroom. Some odour of drains in the bathroom. Unfortunately the room we had was adjacent to the next door restaurant courtyard so we could hear their music until midnight and on occasion people talking. Hotel was however well placed by the water. Although their English was limited staff did try and help with queries.

best position, cold room

The hotel is located in the best possible position, right on the canal. It is very nice, both entrance and rooms. Only problem heating: the room was cold and heating is very slow to warm up. Also room could have used some maintenance.
