We always stay here on our trip to the mountains and it’s so convenient with the kids to get food at the pub (attached), it’s basic and a bit old school, but clean and suits our needs perfectly, which involve not driving after long road trips

Swan Hill Victoria

Very central to town and the hotel for meals and drinks. The room was spacious but the cleaner really needs to try harder. The room was serviced... But not clean enough. No-one on site. Any issues.... Ask at the hotel.

Needs some updates

Lady at the desk was lovely she was very obliging the room and bed were comfortable. It does need to have a few things updated such as chair and curtains as they were very worn. The curtain had holes through them. Shower needs updating as it was a bit mouldy so I didn’t have a shower. The music from nightclub was loud but I got use to it overall I would stay there again due to where it was and the lovely staff member

Telephone in room would not contact reception by dialling the advised no. I had to walk to reception to use phone on wall to request removal of a mouse in the empty spa bath. One side of spa was unsealed due to wall/tile damage enabling the mouse to enter from below the floor. Reception was unattended at 9am when i required to request a towel for pool use as advised by written material in room. I was unable to return the key to reception at 10am checkout time due to reception closure and was advised by a staff member walking by to leave it in the room. My room immediately backed on to a local hotel that played loud music and patrons talking sounded as though they were seated at the table and chairs at my front door. The staff I was able to speak with were friendly and helpful.

Rooms were a good size with newly renovated and very clean bathrooms. Unfortunately our room was upstairs and very close to the neighbouring hotel which stayed open till 3am. The noise was unbearable. We put up with it on the first night, Friday. However when we returned to the hotel at around 11pm after a local wedding the noise was still very loud so we packed up and drive 2.5 hours home. A disappointing end to a nice weekend.
