The most disappointment is the communication with the host, and Expedia could not help. "Like: seating area by the lake and 24 hr free coffee/tea, both in the main hotel though. Don’t like: the chalet across the street from the main hotel is quite old with small rooms, low ceilings, and no air conditioning, quite uncomfortable."
