The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. We were given the room closest to the entrance so unfortunately we heard people coming and going regularly through the sliding door. This was very annoying. The indoor and outdoor pools are both unheated. During the colder months they are not usable. The rooms were clean however they only were cleaned once on our 3 night stay. Room service was very slow and we ran out of toilet paper one day.

The construction works next door unfortunately ruined it as the noise in the morning was terrible…we did try to change rooms but it was booked out Our bad luck I suppose
