The hotel is located in an easy walk to public transportation, shopping and dining. It was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Very happy with my stay there and would stay there again.

Great location as it’s super close to the supermarket and train station, plus the mall is only a short walk away too. Room unfortunately was not replenished very well, (coffee pods were left and not restocked, towels weren’t changed), elevators took wayyyyyyy too long we were waiting on average about 5 minutes each time we wanted to use them (only one seems to work at a time, even though they have 6 lifts?). We had a room with an oven but went to use it and there were no oven trays … Upon check in we were told that we would be contacted when our room was ready, but that never happened :( Overall staff were very lovely and helpful (ESPECIALLY the Indian man with glasses who was around the lobby area and Anthony at the front desk was also a star!!)
