Staff friendly, but had to visit room to find kettle, and bring an extra hand towel ( no face towels) as 2 persons. Clean room..Excellent map of Sydney CBD but no list in English of nearby cafes and restaurants. Good location.

Lovely, clean, very friendly staff, happy to hold our luggage before and after check in so we could sight see. They were so friendly and accommodating. Apartments are spacious, tidy and have all amenities you need. Sheer curtains would be appreciated as with the blinds closed it's very dark which is great for night but during the day if you open the curtains, the people in the building across the road have a clear view into the apartment! Very convenient location for getting around Sydney. Close to everything with a train station across the road!

Convenient location to Darling Harbour and the city, easy parking, clean and quiet. It’s nothing spectacular but has a basic kitchen and amenities and well-fitted bathroom and is reasonably priced for the city CBD.

Everything was superb. Clean modern and lovely. will definitely be staying again. The only thing we had a problem with was, couldn't get the microwave to work, of the stove. Some booklets would have been helpful. We bought food to cook but had to throw it out, as we couldn't use either,

We had a studio just below pavement level so werent really bothered by traffic noise.
It was clean and functional and reception really friendly.
There is a laundromat in the basement and studio had microwave, kettle, toaster and hob plus fridge with small ice box. It could do with a couple of larger drinking glasses. Only negative is that we felt we couldnt pull the curtains back as pedestrians would look down
Well situated for the trains and walking dowm to Darling Harbour
The rooms have been upgraded & modern but mostly an ideal position right next to Wynyard Station just up from the wharf & Bangaroo. Also a newly opened large supermarket on the corner plus amazing value accomodation makes a wonderful all round stay.
