A fabulous place to stay for a girls weekend away! The hotel is literally above Myer/Westfield so perfect for those who want to shop till they drop. Our twin bed room was exceptional, all the staff were lovely & the buffet breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend!

First time visiting Sydney- I was here for a conference. So glad I picked this hotel! The location is fantastic, with easy access to everything. The room was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

This could have been an easy top rated review but for issues with their reception staff. I'm sure they have to deal with difficult customers all the time but other hotels seem to get it right more than swiss tried. We discovered a charge had been imposed after we had been told it would not be. Of course by then we had left Sydney and moved on to our next destination And when referring to individual guests, the word "missus" should never be used as a substitute for "Wife". This came across as disrespectful and passive aggressive in the manner it was used
