This place has the best location, it’s so easy to get to here and everywhere else from the hotel. Lots of options for food and entertainment It’s got gorgeous decorations and it was clean. It’s unfortunately not a hotel and not a hostel. There is no functioning kitchen. The capsules are nice but a bit like a tomb. The bests are awful hard. I may as well have slept on concrete. The noise is phenomenal. I’m not sure why as I was on the 4th floor but I could hear people walking, talking, singing in the pub and and pedestrians crossings beep. Also there is only stairs and no lifts

I had a great stay in the capsule hotel. The capsule itself was very comfortable, with the built-in fan and shelf and hooks and charging PowerPoint. The shared facilities like the kitchen and bathrooms were very efficient and comfortable too. The building is iconic! And the messages around the building from the Staff are also iconic. All in all I thoroughly recommend this friendly and clean hotel.

Overall a good hotel. Excellent location and very clean. Kitchen is poorly equipped - one spoon, 2 glasses, 2 cheap plastic bowls. There didn’t seem to be much hot water in the evening sometimes. I would stay here again as it’s very cheap and well located. There is a comfortable lobby area and pretty decent wifi. Lots of showers and toilets plus laundry room.

Just the rooms with beds stifflingly warm. Fan’s in capsule had no effect. I enjoyed 3 night stay as Staff & everything else 10/10. But this asked about AC so not good as result.

Apart from the capsule being a little thin (can hear noises outside), the accommodation was tidy and comfortable. Excellent staff service and located right at next to Sydney Town Hall. Highly recommended.

Loved the capsule. Was very private and clean. It has great little amenities like good lighting, mirror, charges, air con and reduces the noise which is the biggest issue in hotels.

Great place to stay if heading out for a few drink

Always a great stay at the capsule Hotel, i Live 2 hours out of the CBD and works out great if i want to catch up with mates and go out drinking, 5 mins walk from Town Hall Station, walk to everything including markets, little Japan with great food, lots of great bars within walking distance, also has a great little Japanese dart bar with Kiren on tap! The bathroom etc is shared but always clean, bedding and capsules clean, if your heading out in the CBD cant get anything more central for the money, cant recommend enough

Clean. It's not the Four Seasons but the price is good. Station nearby. Good if you just want a place to sleep and shower. It's a hostel with privacy. Staff are helpful.

The property is in good location, easy to reach every touristic areas, public transportation are right there, lots of restaurants and bars around. Staffs are helpful but not so smiling. The facilities are old but still reasonable. In general, it is a good place to stay.

This property is located right in CBD. It’s very clean and clients are quiet. I was given a top bunk and staff easily changed me to a lower bunk next day. Disco night on Friday downstairs was a bit noisy.

One of the better hostels I’ve stayed at. The other reviews about the bed being a bit firm are indeed true. Only two toilet for entire floor but luckily I went at a time when it wasn’t too busy. Staff was very friendly and I do like how the card key could be used for locker storage. Property was pretty clean and overall not bad!

Close to everything in the heart of the city. Only thing is the capsules are what seems to be mould injected or pressed plastic and feel ver flimsy and make all kinds of creaking noises when getting in and out of them. Other than that, all other amenities are good.
