The staff was incredibly accommodating! You can walk directly to the international Terminal. Ascot (restaurant) was delicious and was able to provide safe meals for a Celiac. Very appreciated!

The rooms were dirty and very dated. We complained that our room was grubby and in need of a full refurbishment. The staff were friendly and offered us another room but this was equally dated and smelt terrible. We eventually accepted a smaller room with less facilities as it was just bearable. The ...
