"Everything was great including the room very nice and the breakfast was great. We booked the executive club, which were not informed, so couldn’t take advantage. Secondly the hotel gets too busy from outsiders to take pictures, Which i found annoying. Perhaps separate entrance for room guest. We we not also informed of the other facilities available including in the hotel. If the management takes into consideration this could be a great place to stay."

"I was supposed to stay here for four nights, but I had to bail early because the experience was honestly exhausting. It started with the breakfast; I was promised a buffet, but because the hotel was mostly empty, they just served the same three items two days in a row. Unfortunately, I ended up with a bad case of food poisoning after eating there. Things went from bad to worse when I realized some of my personal items had been stolen. When I went to the manager, I expected a serious response, but they basically brushed me off. There was no urgency and no accountability. I decided to check out early, and while the hotel promised to refund the remaining nights, they’ve been completely dishonest about it. They denied the refund through Expedia, and despite promising me directly that they’d fix it, they never did. The empty hallways should have been a red flag. Don’t make my mistake. Avoid this place at all costs."

"Front desk stuff was rude. Do not have basic sense of customer service. Hotel booked with free airport shuttle. The hotel did not honour that and charged us extra. Room had mosquitoes. Not sure why there was hype about this hotel. According to the service, this is the worst hotel in Sylhet. Will never stay here again. "

"I booked this property for 5 nights after seeing it in a YouTube video, which turned out to be a mistake. There was no dedicated manager onsite, and the bedsheets and pillows were used and not cleaned. I couldn’t sleep at night because of mosquito bites. For showering, I was only given hand soap. Breakfast was terrible. I waited outside in the morning hoping to speak to someone and eat, but no staff appeared until 9:40 am. I was served two parathas, egg cutlets, and chalkumra curry — with no tea or coffee either in the room or at breakfast. I honestly have no idea how this property got listed on Expedia. After speaking to the “virtual manager,” I left after just one night, but I was still charged for two nights. I’ve spoken to Expedia customer support three times since midnight, but there’s still been no resolution. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience."

" We booked a hotel based on what was shown on the website, but upon arrival, we were given a completely different hotel — Al Ebraj Hotel — which looks nothing like the photos on the booking site. They told us this is our hotel, but it does not match what we originally booked. Regards, M. Khan "
