"Fantastic hotel with great facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very tasty (and lovely to eat on the terrace overlooking the sea). Beautiful big room with a balcony right above the sea. A lovely calm atmosphere about the whole place. It was great to be able to go downstairs for a swim with islands to sit on just at the back of the hotel. "Had a warm welcome at arrival, with lots of useful information from passionate hosts. The rooms were large, clean and well equipped with big bathrooms and great inviting showers. Rooms had TVs with Amazon sticks so could log into streaming services in the evening, which was a nice touch, when it became too chilly to be out! Ortiga was beautiful, great food, lots to see and do. "

"The location is great! Hotels stuff is helpful. The room is big, clean and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. However the air conditioner is VERY loud. The bathroom smelled like urine and the shower head didn’t work well. It seems like the holes in the shower head were all clogged. "

"Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. It was a nice laugh with the family trying to figure it out!!! "
