"I only stayed here for one night but the place was spotless, the staff were very friendly and attentive, you get free hot/cold drinks from the reception area, the spa facilities were excellent and the rooms are very spacious. Location is also very convenient and they have a bus stop at the back of the hotel and a free shittle bus to and from the main station which I didn't know about when I first arrived. If I was visiting the area, I would definitely stay here again."

"All the staff were so kinds and friendly. Breakfast had lots of options we really enjoyed it. We could see the Mt. Fuji from the restaurant and our room and it was just beautiful. There were two restaurant and food was amazing. We highly recommend everyone to stay here. You won’t regret it."
Kawaguchiko Hotel

"Kawaguchiko Hotel is an older property and we stayed in a traditional room on futons instead of in a modern hotel room. The futons were comfortable. Our room was a little hot, but we did not go to management to try to have that fixed. There was plenty of space to spread out (there were three of us traveling together), including a cute seating area by the window. They happily held our luggage for us when we arrived early, and provided a ride to the train station in the morning (which was very nice)."

"Fuji Lake Hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The check-in process was a little different from what you might expect, but go with it—they clearly have their own approach and are trying to create a more enjoyable and efficient guest experience. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. One of the highlights of our stay was the private onsen with Mount Fuji as the backdrop. It was a truly beautiful and memorable experience that will stay with us for a long time. The hotel shuttle was extremely useful, not only for arrival and departure but also throughout our stay. Being able to hop on and off made it much easier to explore the surrounding area without worrying about transportation. AKAFUJI Restaurant was another highlight, offering an excellent dining experience and a wide range of Japanese cuisine. If you're looking for a chance to slow down and recharge between visits to Japan's bustling cities, Lake Kawaguchiko and Fuji Lake Hotel provide the perfect setting. The peaceful atmosphere, stunning scenery, and exceptional hospitality make it an ideal place to spend a few relaxing days."

"Excellent hotel with great services. Very comfortable room and good locations. Only one small thing that you need to keep in mind that the hotel is on top of the hill if you have a disability to walk steep hills, like me that I just had a surgery and unprepared for the steep walking. Other then that we were very happy with the hotel."
