"For the price and location this is a fantastic deal if you need a place East of the tunnel, but close to the continental divide. Pros - clean, comfortable bed, decent continental breakfast at a low price for folks on a budget. The Staff were very nice and accommodating. Con - it’s older decor (no biggie) with some worn down fixtures. For example out bath tub had a slow drain and the sink faucet either dribbled or was a fire hydrant. "The only thing that we didn’t like was the smoke detector kept blinking throughout the night. Nothing that we could do. Also the snow to get into our rooms was very slippery. They could’ve add some salt around the property. "

The pictures don’t do justice, however I was told that units are independently owned so they all look different. "What a cozy little place! It was very clean, but everything is pretty much out of date. No smells. Allows pets. Great view of the mountains. You have to let the water run for quite a while before it turns hot. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear pretty much everything outside and in the rooms next-door.
