"This is a super nice hotel and we stayed in one of the appartments, it is a nice place to stay with family but not for elderly people. Walking distance for the eldery with limited capacity is too much. We loved the Plaza Cafe restaurant. But overall is was a nice experience there. "

"The room we got was supposed to have room for at least 5 people and with a sofa bed. There was no sofa bed so two of us had to share a bed. The property says they have ironing boards upon request - they did not. For a suite that’s supposed to have room for at least 5, they only provided one tiny water bottle (and another tiny one with gas). Property was not clean at all. Hotel staff was extremely poor with their service. For example we asked for a late check out, and were told it’s possible with...

"me gusto mucho el lugar, el apartamento como en las fotos, limpio, amplio, iluminado, y una buena vista. El edificio tiene opciones de restaurantes, tiendas, cajeros, lo cual es genial. El personal es atento, el acceso es fácil y rápido. Es importante haber realizado el registro para que den toda la información. Las zonas comunes 10 de 10. Excelente estadia sin duda volveria. "
