"Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay at 3 Bears. The condo was well laid out, comfortable and all the appliances worked. The beds were very comfortable. Security was good and the area was quiet. However we have one very significant complaint. The TV in the living area was next to useless. It is apparently set up only for streaming. The station choices were awful. Some shows ran for about 15 minutes than said you had to download an app to see the rest of the show, which a renter can not...

"The condo was perfect for our short trip for me and my husband. We honestly were not there a ton, because we spent our days exploring Branson. The shopping, activities, and food never disappoint. We ate for the first time at Dana's which if right down the road and Flaming Margaritas on the strip. Both were excellent and highly recommend. We also played mine golf at the Bigfoot Fun Park. So fun and super friendly staff. "

"We enjoyed the pools, putt-putt courts, ping-pong, and pickle ball. The resort was very clean and well kept with the exception of the cabinets in the place we stayed. They looked roughed up if you are concerned about everything being pristine. I believe they are in the process of updating these things. Everything else was very nice, comfortable and the location was great!"

"Front desk was very helpful. Check-in was a breeze, they gave recommendations for dinner, let us use some games for some family game time, and check-out was a piece of cake. The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a deal breaker for us. We did not know about a cheer competition going on at the facility before we booked, so the restaurant wasn't serving their normal menu due to that event, again, not a deal breaker, but the service there wasn't the best."
