"Excellent location, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms showing their age. Smart switches and TV service were finicky and unreliable. No ability to access or use Netflix, Amazon Prime or cast from your phone. Mattress had indents on both sides, needed to be replaced."

"The property was beautiful and new. Loved the swimming pools and decorations. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned twice daily. Perfect location in Funchal. Highly recommend."
